With the introduction of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS), it has never been more important to ensure when renting a property that a comprehensive and detailed Inventory is completed for the protection of the Landlord as well as the Tenant.

EA Inventories will provide an independent and unbiased fully comprehensive Inventory which will form part of the legal agreement with the Tenant and the Landlord / Managing agent. The completed Inventory will be a detailed list of the property’s condition and its contents supplemented by photographs of the entire premises.

This Inventory Report becomes part of a legal binding document which will help protect both parties in the tenancy agreement and resolve any uncertainties which may arise due to the condition of the premises and the fixtures & fittings at the end of the tenancy.
